Cores, tubes, and cones used in the textile industry
Manufactured cores for the textile industry divide into two categories
- Cores in the form of "cones" for the textile industry
Cores with a diameter of base of 58 mm and a diameter of top of 27 mm in the form of a cone, are often used for textiles, and the same spindle model is used for all of them. The weight of these cones is approximately 40 grams.
- Cores with dynamic diameters of 4" to 10" for thread or fabric
Cores with an internal diameter of 25 mm to 100 mm, are used in various models of spinning and weaving machines.
The weight of these cores depends on their height
Most of the cores of this category have a thickness of 3 to 4 mm.
In the yarn and fabric industry, tubes with a small diameter, from 1" to 2", are used for fabric, and from 3" to 4", for yarn. Their thickness also depends on the working pressure of the machines.
