Cores used in the stretch film industry (cellophane and plastic)
Manufactured cores for the textile industry divide into two categories
- The first category, three inches diameter or higher cores, is used for industrial purposes (various types of thick and light cellophane).
- The second category consists of cores with a diameter of three inches or less, used in the food and beverage packaging sector.
In the production of cores for this section, for some products, due to the high pressure of our customers' machines or for export purposes, we are obliged to consider a specific type and quality in the manufactured products.
In general, during the production of these cores, the branches are produced longer, and after the production process is completed, they are cut again with a double-end cutting machine so that both ends of the cores have a clean and precise appearance.
By adhering to the following points, it is possible to provide the best production quality for the products in this section:
- All papers used have moisture-resistant properties.
- The cover and interior are made of kraft paper.
- The surface of the cover is resin-coated.
